We provide general contracting and Project Management Services to execute your design. We have an extensive network of subcontractors and resources across Seattle and the surrounding areas to give your home or commercial space the best possible design solutions.

We provide full design services for Developers and Builders. Our expertise interior design transforms the interiors of buildings into inviting and functional spaces. This includes selecting materials, furnishings and fixtures, as well as creating floor plans, architectural features, lighting designs and color schemes. Our goal is to create interiors that align with the project’s purpose and enhance the overall user experience. As part of our design services to Developers and Builders, we also create model home designs for larger and complex projects.

Fabian Borre is the lead interior designer, chief operational officer on our team, specializing in the creation of functional, beautiful, simple, open spaces.

Fabian’s design philosophy is a combination of style and order. As a modern designer, he believes he has a combination of right-and left-brain thinking. Fabian considers that beautiful spaces are the harmonious integration function and design. Fabian delights in working with a variety of materials. He advocates for opening up and exposing spaces to emphasize their beauty and create a functional and luxurious lifestyle for his clients.

Fabian’s distinct, modern design style has been quietly influenced by the unique blend of European and Latin American cultures. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Fabian began to love design as a child when he helped his mother rearrange furniture and paint the walls of their home. Fabian believes that every home contains a story, told through its distinct blend of design, color, texture, function and style. He works hard to bring to life these stories and transform each project from a house to a home.Fabian started designing trade show exhibits for fashion shows in Las Vegas and New York. His true passion remains in residential and custom commercial projects. Fabian obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from the Art Institute of California – Orange County.

Fabian lives in Seattle surrounded with his family and friends. Fabian is a true animal lover. He lives with his dog toby. Fabian is passionate about speaking for animal rights and he uses his activist voice to eradicate animal suffering.

Meg Allen

Meg is a one-of-a kind talented interior designer with over thirty years of experience designing commercial and residential projects. Meg has worked on projects ranging from hospitality, office spaces, multi-unit residential projects and private residences. Meg creatively translates intricate design concepts from the mind’s eye to a visual reality. Using three-dimensional imagery and two-dimensional construction drawings, Meg creates of all the digital visual aids to provide clients with a design preview. These digital previews showcase the transformation of each space prior to design implementation. Once the design is approved, Meg develops all technical and construction drawings to allow for the execution of the design.

Her love of architecture, from modern to classic, gives her a unique perspective that she brings to our clients. Meg loves the beach and has a tremendous passion for art and photography.
